why did i launch this coaching & consulting business?

My business started when I realized I consistently saw people struggling with common career management principles and taking actionable steps. After a decade of work in higher education working with high-achieving students and recruiters from top companies, I decided I would share the tools I have gathered along the way to help others reach their personal & professional goals.

Friends and colleagues often ask me questions like "should this be on my resume?" or "what is LinkedIn for, anyway?" and "how do you organize and prioritize your incoming work to get the most done?" These questions and more are the reason why I love connecting with professionals at every stage of their career to help them on their career journey from beginning to end: from searching for a job to thriving where they land, and everywhere in between.
